Might be worth moving that eye a little closer to the nose.
Right now it's....anatomically disturbing...

Better, but for a profile shot like this, his eye needs to be pretty close to his nose. I should have been clearer in my original comment. I suggest putting the bottom eyelid a few millimetres away from the most back part of the nose.
His ear needs to be lowered too. The bottom of the ear in real life lines up with the bottom of the nose.
